Arrived after a 3 and half hour drive looking forward to settling into bright and pristine apartment shown in the photos. Unfortunately, the apartment looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Entrance hall was strewn with papers and leaflets, used cotton bud on communal stairs , shower screen was mucky, empty toilet roll tube on holder, duvets that had been just chucked on the bed, dirt on the pillows, towels in a heap on the bed. Very disappointing. I had messaged ahead asking if it was possible to drop off someone with poor mobility and was told it was. There was nowhere safe to stop the car anywhere near the accommodation. We didn't stay and booked into a hotel. When my husband phoned Guest Homes they offered to come and clean the apartment so we could use it the following night. Obviously, we said "no thanks". They were unprepared to give us a refund even though £65 of the cost was for a cleaning fee!!!

Had an enjoyable stay, great location with everything needed within walkable distance, everything needed for a stay was there and in good order, management company very responsive, helpful and friendly
