A modern two bedroom house, offering 1 single room and one double or twin room. Close to local amenities and in an excellent position for access to motorway network. The house offers 1 single room and 1 double room. The living room is on the first floor and is light and spacious with pleasant views over green areas. The bed rooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom are all in the first floor. One the first floor there is an entrance hallway and a utility room with small kitchen area and washing machine.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Modern House. Great communication with Richard and the check-in instructions were very easy and helpful. It’s a nice place, great location (Tesco 2 minutes away) and very quiet area. Highly recommended. Thank you Richard!

We enjoyed our stay in this modern house. Great communication with Richard regarding TV issues. Oddly, there were no cooking utensils, apart from a can opener. Tescos superstore is a 2 minute walk away. Would recommend this property.

Situated in a quiet street on the outskirts of Worcester, our house is ideal for people visiting the city for work or pleasure. Local amenities are very close including a Tesco superstore, Post Office, Fish and Chip shop, Chinese Take away and a Local Pub, all within a five minute walk. Please be aware that this is a residential area so consideration of our neighbours is very important to us.
