Overall a ok place to stay . Almost 30 mins away from downtown . Way too many flies inside home when we arrived and didn’t like that we paid $150 for cleaning services but close to checkout day we were giving a list of things to do that should’ve been invoked with the $150 fee such as we had to make sure to take all trash to the outside bin and make sure we stripped all the linen from the beds and put them in the laundry room

House was very nice and clean. Communication with the owner was not great. We had a worker from Center Point Energy knocking on the door at 8 am on Saturday, saying that he had been trying to get in touch with the owners for 2 months and the power would have been shut off the next day if they did not service. I reached out to the owners twice with no response, and it said that they had read it. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving my dog at the home during the day Saturday in case service had to be done. The communication was bad.

This is my first time in Houston and the home was honestly perfect ! It was 20-30 minutes from everything. As you soon as you’re entering/leaving the community there’s a gas station across the street which was a plus. The home was beautiful, spacious, and smelt amazing. The home already came with seasoning which was perfect because my friends and I didn’t have to go out and get them. Everything about the home matched the description and the pictures. It’s easy to get in and easy to find. And if you’re going with a group of friends it’s safe nothing weird at night ! I highly recommend.

This was a very comfortable, spacious, private place to stay! We had our dogs with us and they had a great time in the fenced yard and patio as well. It was the perfect spot for this trip to care for our family nearby.
