The space was just ok. But BigFish Rentals, the company manages this space, was terrible. They informed us late in the evening on our last night that the water would be turned off for several hours the next morning during our checkout process. They refused to give an extended checkout time & stated we would charged a fee if dishes were unwashed, so we could not make breakfast there since it would leave dishes. No way to shower or use the toilet during that time. The main elevator to the 15th floor apartment was also out of order that morning. When I contacted them 2 hours before our checkout about the elevator, I was told, "we will look into that and get back to you." They never did. Also, a month before our stay, I was emailed asking my credit card #, outside of AirB&B, directly to Big Fish for a "security deposit."" They indicated the deposit was "due" before the stay. I questioned them if it was required and if it was sanctioned by AirB&B. I was told it was not required.

The condo was lovely, had a nice weekend getaway. The host was very fast to respond and answer our questions.
