What a great gem we found! Even better than the pictures! Roberto and his wife where so helpful. The house was clean. I peferred the room with 4 beds. The other two are tiny and have 2 beds. My advice would be to come prepared with meals and drinks because you don't have the accessibility to leave all the time. But once you are there, it is so peaceful. Thankful for a great trip. 👍 I told my family about this rental and they will be checking you out soon!

El lugar está mas bonito que en las fotos, súper mágico lejos de todo y muy tranquilo ⛰️🌳🌿 don Roberto nos atendió (excelente)estuvo atento en todo y es muy amable nos sentimos en casa el precio está súper bien por qué el lugar está mágico vale la pena al 💯 regresaré lo más pronto posible.🌳⛰️

Fuerte advertencia: ¡Evita reservar aquí! Víctor carece de habilidades de servicio al cliente y evade responsabilidad por las comodidades que no funcionan. Excusa tras excusa, y no le importa, especialmente porque te encuentras prácticamente varado en medio de la nada. Llegar al lago es peligroso y lleva mucho tiempo debido a las condiciones peligrosas de la carretera. El camino es rural carece de letreros, lo que hace que la navegación sea confusa. Hay muchos baches en el camino que dañan tu automóvil. Comprensiblemente, pocos se aventuran aquí. La razón principal de nuestro viaje era para usar la lancha. Lo cual le dijimos a Victor antes de reservar y dos días antes de llegar y cada vez nos dijo que estaba bien. A pesar de esto, la lancha no tenia gasolina y después de ponerle; la batería no funcionó. La lancha y motos acuáticas son extremadamente antiguas. Eso no le importó a Víctor y no quiso culpar por non pagar adelantado lo cual nunca nos dijo.

Muy bonito lugar, definitivamente nos sentimos como en casa. Don Víctor nos brindó atención e información oportuna. El señor que cuida (don Roberto y su esposa) muy atentos y amables siempre. Muchas actividades para hacer, el tiempo pasó volando pero sí que lo disfrutamos. Sin duda, volvería.

Let me start off by saying Victor the host was amazing super attentive and the communication was great! Always made sure if we were ok on our way always answered the phone when we called with questions and concerns. Roberto the driver of the boat was also great he was super friendly and went out his way to accommodate us arriving super late. *Note: please make sure to arrive before the sun goes down we made that mistake so our boat ride to the house was in the dark. Nonetheless Roberto was very attentive not in a rush and the ride there was super smooth. Now on to the actual stay and place, the location was immaculate calm secluded the view was amazing! The house was nice and spacious rooms were clean. BR was ok. We took a a lot of food to cook there since there’s no where to go unless you hike the 1 hr to the restaurant. Jet skis were not working unfortunately but the kayak was more than enough, overall the stay was amazing and def coming back!
