Great house. Spacious with a few rooms. Nice view overlooking the valley. At night it’s very quiet. During the day, there is a lot of cars passing but at night it’s very quiet. Would stay here again!

Quite disappointing!Photos in living room & bedroom do NOT match reality. Trundle bed instead of bunk beds. Trundle does NOT fit and allow door to open & close. This is a significant nuisance as one either has to sleep with trundle barely open to allow door to operate. This is NOT conducive to sleep. Couch in living room is NOT as photographed. This was the most disappointing part of the rental especially in view of outright “falsehoods” about the couch posed before renting. This led to a guest that slept sitting up - NOT cool. The laundry was FIRST class. I’ve NEVER seen better. What a thrill! Roger was helpful the second day in attempting to make things right. It was unfortunate to spend time dealing with furnishings that simply were NOT correct and bedding that was missing for the trundle. In summary, Roger does not know what exists within his rental. Nice enough guy and $1,000,000 view, but property fell short of expectations which left a guest in a POOR situation.

We loved the view, star gazing, furnishings, linens, nearby coffee stand, host-provided cookies and the convenient location for area attractions. However, beware of the US65 highway noise.
