This new home has an open floor plan with a dining room that opens to a 16' X 20' deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Light up the gas grill and enjoy large backyard. Cross through the backyard and follow the winding trail for your own private fire pit that is stocked with wood. A favorite place for s'mores to end the evening. This simple and updated space will be a great place to relax for you and your friends/family. The large deck is a great place for your morning coffee or evening cookout. The open floor plan inside the home allows for easy entertaining.

-Less than 10 minutes to Indiana Toll Road
-Dining and shopping are a 3-5 minute drive with the University of Notre Dame a 10-12 minute drive away.
-Great trails nearby for biking/walking as well. Ask for recommendations
Sidewalks line the streets in this quiet neighborhood for your morning or early evening walk. Most areas of interest are just a short drive away. Uber/Lyft are also available.
