We had a lovely stay here. Beautiful area. House was clean, spacious and had all we needed to be comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Would love to come again if we are in this area of the UK again. Thank you.

We spent a lovely (though often rainy) September weekend here with our 2 children 7 & 1. I spent many years in Arisaig as a child myself and wanted to take my young family and show them everything I did. Downey Birch House was lovely, and perfect for us as a family. Close to local amenities (I.e. the essential pub as a parent) and local shops. The area was beautiful and exactly as I remember from 30+ years ago. Lots to see and do in the wider area, from beautiful beaches and boat trips. I would highly recommend staying here and will certainly come back again. Thanks again to Michael & Fiona.

Very comfortable and clean, well equipped and beautiful views from the apartment. The split level and two en-suites made it perfect for myself, my partner and my mum. Michael was very communicative and on hand whenever we needed anything. Excellent location for exploring the west coast. We all fell in love with the mountains, the trees, the lochs, the coastline - everything in fact! Highlights included: Great swimming spot at Sanna on Ardnamurchan Peninsula. Did the scotrail train from fort William to Mallaig - scenery is just as gorgeous as it would be from the steam train ☺️ All in all we all had the most wonderful time and hope to come back. Thank you Michael and Fiona!
