Cute apartment within 5minutes walking distance of whiskey row in Prescott! If you’re interested in checking out the local square, enjoying restaurants and the local nightlife, or exploring wildlife (lakes and parks), you really can’t ask for a better spot! We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Prescott! For those still reading and considering staying here, you should do it, and I recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, as the apartment is close to the main town square.

We loved the decor and overall vibe of the apartment. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen gadgets for those that like to cook. For those that don't, it is definitely walkable to a bunch of great spots. My daughter and I were in town for an ERAU tour and it was a convenient drive there and back. Also, lots of street parking, so finding a spot was never an issue. Main checkout instructions include taking out the trash and starting the dishwasher. I would stay here again.

4.5 rating purely because there is a light right outside of the bedroom that does not turn off and there are white sheer curtains in the bedroom. Made for those changing time zones to struggle even more due to seeming as if it is light outside. If light bothers you, bring an eye mask! Other than that, the place was great! Met every need and so easy to find and park. Also, very convenient to walk downtown, but not too close to feel like everyone is walking around the apartment.
