Very clean, spacious apartment and very hospitable host! We came with our 9 month old baby and requested the travel crib and high chair that were offered, which was a nice feature. Oleg was nice enough to also provide a Love Every toy box filled with toys specific to 9-10 month olds, which our little one loved! Had some issues with AC but Oleg had a portable AC available for us and even brought us an extra fan.

We were driving down from NYC to stay in DC for 5 days. Oleg relieved my anxiety regarding travel routes and time from NYC and within DC area. His place was about 30-40min drive to the National Mall, which was not bad at all especially after learning not to compare with the wide roads and freeways in California. His place is close to Pike & Rose which has shopping and dining; also, close to Target, Giant grocery store, CVS, fastfood areas etc. His place was clean and tidy which met my expectations. He was very quick to respond to my text msgs from query to actual checking in and was quick to bring missing towels and dish liquid. I am very appreciative of Oleg. The instructions and pictures of parking area, apartment door etc. was a nice info to have. I am a visual person and they really helped. I recommend Oleg's place 100%.

This apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is clean and tidy, the kitchen is fully equipped and the big bed is comfortable. The landlord is very good. He can answer questions immediately. I was not familiar with the local area, so I asked him a lot of and he was always patient and gave advice. I give him positive reviews, he deserve it!

Apartment was just as listed, clean and tidy with everything you would need for a long or short stay. Very close to many restaurants/shopping and 5min walk to bus stop with quick access to metro. The neighborhood felt safe my entire 6 week stay with no issues. Oleg was very responsive and helpful, even bringing me tape to assist in placing my parking pass in my car window. Couldn't have asked for a better host or location. I was very pleased with my stay and would stay again.

Oleg is a very welcoming and responsive host. His place is comfortable for a short or long stay. It's in walking distance to one of the best organic grocery stores, Mom's Organic which also prepares food to go or you can eat at a small counter inside. There are some food places, a gym, a Giant grocery store, and a Liberty gas station with the lowest priced gas on a nearby street. It was a joy staying at Oleg's.
