Following this stay our host attempted to withdraw £180 for a slight spillage which was cleaned up, be careful of hosts similar to this who will try and request further money following your stay. There was no damage just a typical spillage which can happen anywhere at any time the spillage was cleaned and the host was notified upon our checkout. We still were almost charged the extra £180. Be careful.

A stunning flat in a great location. Very easy to find and perfect for my needs. Sarah communicated brilliantly and the check in/out instructions were very clear. A fabulous find and I look forward to staying here again when I'm back in Newcastle!

Absolutely no negatives about this place, it was a really lovely apartment with everything we needed. Communication was excellent, easy to check in, easy to get to the city centre and the coast. Really peaceful street but things going on nearby.
