Stephen and Mirrlees were great hosts. The apartment had everything that I needed and was clean, cosy and centrally situated for the places I wanted to visit. It is in a beautiful part of the peak district. I would defiantly return. Many thanks Deborah

We had a lovely stay here. The hosts were very welcoming with lots of local knowledge. The tea and biscuits were a special touch after a long day. The local Indian restaurant Cafe Bombay is fab and the owner was super friendly. The Green Lane Social cafe was great for breakfast, again really friendly people. It’s an old cottage (which is part of the charm here) so the floors were a little creaky and we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work but we didn’t raise this with the owner as our 4G worked just fine. Great walk up to Chinley Churn and Cracken Edge circular. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for a week. Very close to the train station with quick access into Manchester. The flat was clean and well equipped with everything needed provided. Good price and good location with excellent hosts. Thank you

We were lucky with the weather, sunny and crisp, so enjoyed visiting various sites of the Peak district. The property was ideal for us ,roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Had everything we needed. Also the woodburner was great, so altogether a nice place for a break. T + H Pietka
