This property is exactly as described. The views are idyllic and the short steep walk up to the top of the nab is worth it. Hester and Steve were very responsive to any inquiries and the description of the off grid property is spot on. There was a shooting lodge event during our stay and we were invited to attend and enjoy some refreshments. The property is very comfortable and the Rayburn cooker was easy to operate. We had some family come visit as there is a nice outside seating area and we had a lovely afternoon with them and there was ample parking. Good restaurants near by in a very short drive.

What a wonderful, idyllic stay this was. It was our dog’s first holiday and he truly had the best time (as did we!) and he hasn’t stopped napping since we returned which is unheard of for him! The surroundings were beautiful and so peaceful. Gorgeous, long walks with lots of pit stops to pubs made it a perfect retreat. Our host, Hester, was unbelievably kind and warming. We were so appreciative for this stay. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you, what a beautiful place you have to call home 🏠
