First the basics. It was as described, very cosy, spotlessly clean and Fran communicated well before and during my stay. The only negative point is the 4 min walk up the steep hill from the lovely town centre. Lots if nice pubs and restaurants Now the plusses. The garden outlook across the town and valley is stunning. We had breakfast in the garden both days. Plenty of fleece blankets are available, even umbrellas. Fran has obviously gone all out on the facilities offered which go above and beyond. From the welcome tray of homemade cake, homemade bread, and even a bottle of prosecco. Then there is the larder. Everything you could possibly manage is there, from several types of coffee, and flavoured teas. The herbs, fresh fruit, butter, milk, jams, plenty ice, garlic, shallots. The list is endless. I can't recommend this beautiful little cottage enough. AirB and B hosts, this is how it's done. First class Fran.

Fresh flowers, fruit and other goodies were waiting for us in this lovely house. It was in a beautiful location and the house was cosy but we still made use of the log fire in the evening. I think we will be using it again.

Beautiful, spacious cottage supplied with all you could imagine for a comfortable stay. Welcome pack very thoughtfully supplied for arrivals late in the day. Kitchen well stocked to make home cooking an easy possibility but many great eating out possibilities 5 minute walk away too. Lovely cosy, warm refuge after a day on the hills! Plenty of outdoor sitting space for sunny days too. Absolutely nothing missing at all! Great place - thank you Fran!

What on earth can I say that hasn't already been said by everyone who has stayed here before?! Fran has thought of everything, as soon as you walk through the door you feel right at home. The welcome gifts were so thoughtful, the lemon drizzle cake was outstanding (I'd love the recipe please!), the suggestions for local dog walks and a really easy to use guide for ALL the local amenities were so helpful. The house itself is just lovely, beautifully decorated comfortable and spotlessly clean. Kitchen exceptionally well equipped and there's even a comprehensive supply of sauces, jams etc so you dont have to buy everything to use for just a few meals. We loved exploring the garden, and even managed to make use of the summer house, despite the wind and rain! Basically this house has everything you need and Fran is an outstanding host - thank you so much!

Really a nice、clean and peaceful place with a wonderful experience. This property is exactly the same or better than the photo description, the garden view is amazing and the design is special. The interior design style is also very interesting, but also provides complete facilities for direct check-in, and small gifts are also a surprise. Me and friend stayed with two cats, and the host even prepared a litter box and cat cans.
