Place is adorable with a nice modern kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. It is a small hidden gem just steps off the main road and has a back garden with seating. Although weather didn’t allow us to enjoy . Steps away from plenty of restaurants. Andrea’s communications was good starting a couple of days before arrival and while we were there . She was not always responsive to questions prior to arrival . Really loved the place and location. Only need to know is the parking is a brief walk to the Coop, paid parking. Most of the bathroom is really nice . Has a bath and a separate shower. The ceiling shower needs some work. The rest of the bathroom is in good shape and nicely done . I will definitely go back again and would recommend it.

Very comfortable, spacious home in the centre of the village. 2nd time we've stayed here, beautiful countryside on the doorstep. Hope to return soon. Andrea is a most helpful host 5 🌟.

Lovely accommodation in the heart of Holmfirth. We were staying here as going to a wedding at Holmfirth Vineyard . The location was an ideal taxi ride away, so I would highly recommend this place if you’re going to an event at the vineyard. Andrea was there to meet us at a pre arranged time, she was helpful advising us on places to eat and a taxi company to use. The accommodation was clean and well presented and as a family of six adults was adequate enough for us all to stay in comfortably. A great weekend as had by all, made more special by the lovely accommodation.

Fantastic stay in the lovely little town of Holmfirth. Host Andrea was there to meet us when we arrived, and couldn’t have been more helpful. The house was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, secure place to store our bicycles, and very conveniently located for all the local restaurants and bars. And the sauna was a massive bonus!
