It was a really great stay. The place is central to everything in Paris, and I loved that it was full of natural light. Everything inside is brand new and super clean. Christophe is very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Paris.

Christophe is truly a “super host”: he responds very fast to queries and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. I have been 5 years on Airbnb and this is the best flat I had: extremely luminous, amazing light and views on the rooftops, no vis-à-vis very private, quiet to work and no noise from neighbours. Very clean and warm. Top bed and new linen. Can seem small for the price but don’t be fooled, it’s a bargain for that central location and with large roof windows it feels so spacious… like having the sky as an extra room.

Had a great time staying here for a month. Check in was super simple. I was met at the door and then given a quick tour and explanation about how everything worked. You're also given a folder with info explaining everything you need to know about the apartment and its appliances in case you ever forget. Impressive level of organization and professionalism. When I did have questions, Christophe was always responsive. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you'd need for your stay (pots/pans, utensils, towels, sheets, etc.) as well as enough toiletries for the first week or so. Regarding the neighborhood, there are many food options and grocery stores around. You'll feel like you're in the heart of the action, but, luckily, the actual street of the apartment is calm and the room is on the top floor, so you don't hear any noise. Finally, you're right next to the Madeleine metro station, which connects to multiple different lines and is very convenient. I highly recommend!
