The flat location is excellent and neighborhood very safe. Walkable to shopping, Opera Garnier, or easy for quick taxi/metro to museums and Eiffel Tower. The apt is on the top floor. There is a lift. Only negative was that it gets hot. While not facing a busy street, when windows are open street sounds are loud. I think having a fan for guests is a must in summer. We traveled during warm weather in Spring. Kitchen was helpful for making breakfast or simple snack. Grocery store 1 block away. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. Sofa cushions in couch form slant forward. Bathroom is dark for applying make up. Lots of pros and a few trade offs. Would recommend.

The apartment was delightful! Its location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was elegantly decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. I like it! 5 stars!

Great stay in Paris here - easy location to walk everywhere, good bed and sofa bed, and kitchen amenities. Overall - very satisfied.
