Villa Giancarlo , is an elegant and cozy independent house accommodating five guests. Here you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea of Positano and the Amalfi Coast. Villa Giancarlo is about 130 square meters and has two private sea view terraces, air conditioning / heating and WI-FI Internet access . You'll stay in the heart of Positano where you will find restaurants, grocery stores, drugstores. The Mobility Amalfi Coast bus stop is a few meters away and the nearest beach (Spiaggia Grande) is about 500 mt away 10 minutes walking. Villa Giancarlo is below street level, you walk along a fairly short public pedestrian path which includes about 30 steps. You'll not need a car to stay at Villa, but if you come by car you can park not far from home, in a private parking for a fee. The two terraces are a plus for relaxing holidays. One larger and the other smaller are both partially shaded by a bamboo cane roofing. The first one is equipped with two masonry sofas, a table, chairs and sun loungers. The second terrace is equipped with a table and chairs. You will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea of Positano. Two elegant and bright living rooms are furnished with sofas and dining tables. One of these rooms is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite system and both have air conditioning / heating. There are two bedrooms, both have a wrought iron double bed and an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and hairdryer. Bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning / heating. In the third bedroom there is a single bed and a small window. A further bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. There're also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner electric hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker.

Great place to stay in Positano. Very walkable, close to parking and great views.

My family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and we truly loved everything about it! It was our first time visiting Positano and thanks to Giancarlo’s help, attentiveness, and amazing home, we had a wonderful time! We scheduled private drivers through him for our arrival and departure and they were wonderful and made it so easy. Plus we didn’t have to lug our luggage up all the millions of steps since they take you right to the door! Taxis can also be hard to get in Positano but Giancarlo was able to get us one for the next morning with no problem! The Airbnb is in a perfect, central location to everything and has beautiful picturesque views from all 3 balconies. All amenities worked great, clean bedding, plenty of extra towels, everything you could need and want. I will definitely book again with Giancarlo if I’m ever back in Positano! Highly highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious apartment with incredible views from four terraces. Good location with access to some restaurants and shops up one flight of stairs. Approximately 1800 sq.feet and with high ceilings and outside terraces appears much bigger. Updated with air conditioning, modern full bathrooms(3) and kitchen(dishwasher, espresso machine, dishes). Host Giancarlo was gracious and responsive, provided fresh fruit and water upon arrival. We mentioned Villa Giancarlo to a local restaurant and got 10% off without even asking for it! Giancarlos’s mother came upon checkout and was so warm and solicitous, offering to keep our bags for the day so we could explore more of Positano! Overall amazing experience!

Giancarlo’s spot is a great place to stay in Positano. The space is huge and the views are incredible. Everything was very clean and nice inside. You can walk to anywhere in positano. We had a great stay here and would love to come back one day!

This home was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location was perfect; centrally located, and easy to find. The home was so very spacious; we had ample room to spread out and the additional privacy from having 3 bathrooms was a true benefit. One of the most beautiful homes we've had the pleasure to stay in!
