Cute little cottage close to the CBD. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy parking behind the house (through very narrow driveway). Very quiet location. The beds were very comfortable, but the ceilings in the bedrooms are extremely low and there is nowhere to hang or put your clothes, especially in the 2nd bedroom. Overall the place is very nice and also nicely furnished, but could do with some TLC, the back door has a big gap, the handrail to the upstairs is wobbly, the kitchen could do with a few more utensils and the cooktop wasn't very clean when we arrived. It also didn't seem to heat up properly, making cooking a bit of a challenging task. The bathroom (which is downstairs at the back of the kitchen) could do with a bit of a deep clean (cobwebs, shower grout etc.). We didn't realise the laundry was in the separate building out the back as there was no note or sign. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the CBD.
