The location of the place was excellent. Right on the water with a wonderful view. Big and spacious unit with everything we needed and Kathleen was very communicative. Kids loved the water park, mini golf and on site restaurant, as well as a CVS, surf shop and other restaurants all well within walking distance. As one other review noted, I didn’t realize beforehand that the unit was actually a Holiday Inn with two adjoining rooms, but it really didn’t matter. Will definitely return in the future!

Kathleen was a great host. Super responsive and accommodating! The unit that was given to me did not match the photos. Kathleen was willing to move us but we declined since we had already unpacked. I was unaware that the condo was a Holiday Inn Extended stay with joining rooms. So I was taken back by that. The unit was clean but very outdated. The hotel was a great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and the occasional dolphin swimming by.

we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. We particularly ❤ the water park and the nightly entertainment. The accommodation was exactly as described,ver clean , plenty of towels, a short walk to the beach , excellent location and the water park was the icing on the cake. Perfect for a family vacation

I flew in from Chicago with my 8 year and 1 year old and Kathleen was no where to be found for check in. I waited 3 hours to find out Kathleen was not responding. I had to go through Airbnb and cancel. Kathleen contacted me 4 hours after check in. She explained she was locked out of her Airbnb account. However, when booking, she messaged me and explained she would give me an access code to the rental 24 hours prior to check in. That never came… I began messaging and calling her the day of my reservation but she was MIA. BEWARE!
