Great stay. It was a little confusing to find the specific unit, but once I found it we were all good. While the unit was a little dated, it was impeccably clean and the location was fantastic. Plenty of space and a great balcony overlooking the marina.

We had a fantastic time in Indian Rocks! It was great to be on the intercoastal and see dolphins and fishing boats from the deck. The walk to the beach was so easy and we loved having breakfast at Pipo and Betty’s in the mornings! The condo and holiday inn building is relatively run-down and could use some TLC, but it didn’t take away from an awesome beach vacation!

Great weekend trip over spring break at the beach! Great location - close to beach - close to good restaurants. The surrounding areas and beaches were not jammed packed with a lot of spring breakers - more residential “feel” to it. If you wanted a little larger crowds it’s a quick drive to Clearwater Beach or south to St Pete Beach. Only recommendation is to maybe supply a few more beach towels for those travelers. Loved the easy access to Jet Ski Rental on the complex - had a blast! Patio was awesome and peaceful to wake up and have our coffee or to settle in at night with some cocktails relaxing. Kathleen was a great host! Thanks for everything!

This was a great place to stay for a family trip. The kids loved the water park and mini golf and the proximity to the water was nice. IRB is a great area to relax.
