Alyanna's place exudes the vibes of being abroad while still maintaining the homely ambiance. The place is also a breath of fresh air for being spacious, clean, and fun-filled - including good kitchen equipment, card games, and the PS4. Good location also as it is within proximity to good hangout spots along the east. One thing to consider improving on though is the coordination with the Condo Admin re: parking fees as it gets expensive especially for those planning to stay for a week or more. Parking rate is currently pegged at P250/day and not P250 for the whole stay.

good value for money. very clean and cute. altho i think the guest before me may have cooked so there was a smell that stuck to the room. might be good to air out when there are no guests
