I can't speak highly enough of Angelo, he's the most pleasant and accommodating guy, nothing is a problem, any question I had he was VERY fast and responsive and sooo pleasant and professional. the apartment it's self is very accommodating. I'm from England, had a look at other places, and value for money this is simply EXELLENT. Clean, all cooking utensils, microwave hob, a fan, air con, spare bedding, kitchen sitting area, pool outside and a lovely walking area within the conplex. your very secure here, there is a number of security, it's my first experience on air bnb. I did look around before choosing Angelos apartment. excellent value for money. hotels here are a little more expensive, and you don't get any living space, here your extremely well catered for, you'll be lucky to feel.more at home and have utterly your private space at the time time. thanks so much Angelo for making my time stress free and easy. We had a great time staying at Angelo and Kondo Ko. Everything what you see in pictures is what you get when you arrived. Easy to find , close to all touristic spots around the area, easy access for all public or private transportation and had all choices which shops and fastfood you want to go. The room is very homey for me as there is a bedroom and a comfortable bed. Two tv's but we only use the bigger one in the room. Ac works fine since and we opened it during noontime. Shower pressure is a plus too. It is like a tiny house . The pool outside seems nice but we weren't able to use it. Angelo is very responsive and though he had a lot of instructions , all is very detailed /precise. He is very considerate when I got troubles with my schedules so we able managed our time for the last minute .And even if I like to pay for the extra hours , he let us extend for free. Maybe that there were no booked guests after us. Angelo's place is highly recommended indeed.

A big thank you to you for allowing me to stay at your place. It was very pleasant and had a warm feeling as I would call it home. A lot of places near by and of course Grab was easy enough. I would stay again and would recommend. Once again Angelo thank you.

We recently had the pleasure of booking Sir Angelo's condo unit during our visit to the Philippines, and it turned out to be the perfect home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the place. The comprehensive rules and instructions provided were not only extensive but incredibly helpful. Though we initially encountered a minor issue with cockroaches, Sir Angelo's swift response and efficient pest control measures quickly resolved the problem, ensuring a comfortable stay. His prompt action and commitment to maintaining a top-notch living space were truly commendable. What sets Sir Angelo apart as a host is his generosity and thoughtfulness. During our stay, he went above and beyond by gifting us a free electric fan for the unit, reminding us of the rules with courtesy, and providing additional services that significantly eased any inconveniences. His politeness and respectfulness added a personal touch to our experience.
