Fantastic little cottage. Although not the newest with all the cool amenities, this place was neat, extremely clean and well organized. Within a matter of minutes, I felt like I was home. I have stayed in at least 7 properties in and around the Asheville area over the years for short visits and Jennifer’s place, was without a doubt, my favorite and one we will most definitely come back to visit again.

The stay at Jennifer’s (and Boo!) property was SUCH a great experience for the two of us and our dog. We come to Asheville every summer and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Jennifer is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had - her attention to detail, the welcome gifts for us and the dog, her communication were all stellar. The neighborhood is in a fantastic location. Super peaceful neighborhood - we listened to such a pretty medley of birds every morning from our porch with bees in the flower beds, heavenly! And it was 7-10 minutes from downtown. The backyard was great (and safe!) for our 70lb pup! I can’t recommend the property enough for its value and host. *A fair heads up: as expected in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just be prepared to encounter bugs and nature at all times - sometimes things sneak through cracks or doors, it’s normal :)

Jennifer was a great host, and made us feel welcome well before our stay. She asked a couple months in advance for our dogs names and had treats waiting for them when we arrived. Our favorite part about this stay was how dog-friendly it was (seems like that can be hard to find these days). The house was also centrally located and a quick drive to everything we needed. Jennifer was great at communicating and left clear instructions for check-in! Thank you for your hospitality. Bellie, Hopper, and Teddy enjoyed running around the backyard and making friends (enemies) with the neighbor's chickens :-)

Loved this home and its old features. It's spacious and comfy. It was easy to get settled in, and Jennifer consistently made us feel invited. Jennifer and Boo made us and our doggos feel welcome months before our trip, actually. Our dogs enjoyed themselves and anxiety was low in this quiet neighborhood. We agree that this is one of our favorite places to stay In Asheville and will certainly be back.
