We couldn't have found a better place for the family to come together. Private without feeling like you were in the middle of nowhere, easy to get to stores and shops. Huge back porch to visit and watch the rain! We will be back! Thanks for sharing your place with us. The Howerton's

Absolutely five stars in every category! What everyone hopes their Airbnb will be like when they arrive. Do not hesitate, if you’re thinking about renting this place just do it. You will not be disappointed.

Wow! Staying here truly feels like you are staying with family. The home is so inviting and relaxing. Being able to check in so easily and have an assortment of snacks to choose from, really makes a difference. I really appreciated all the little toiletries that are also provided. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated. I will miss sitting in the front porch or back yard patio and our frequent walks to the river. Watching the 2024 Total Eclipse here in the back yard will be something I never forget. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Waco. This is it! Can’t wait to return.

One of my favorite places to stay when I’m in Waco! It’s a little off the beaten path, but close enough to some of my favorite spot that I don’t even notice the drive. The house has so many extra amenities that you don’t need to bring a lot of extras. There’s a bookshelf, full of books, toys for the children, and even some extra yummy snacks, and baked goods that you can make with your family while you stay. The host and staff are all wonderful and respond quickly to any needs. This is a great spot for multiple families to stay and hang out together, or a quick getaway for a couple !

The house was wonderful for our group! Just a few minutes from Waco but out of the city. The host provided such a special touch with snack and staples in the pantry. We will stay here again!
