Loved the homey vibe to the place for the price. Wished there were more lawn chairs from garage out for the bonfire with wood provided. We ended up buying our own bundles and not using it cuz we left it out when it unexpectedly got rained on. Maybe provide coffee and dish towels to wipe down the counter tops. In addition, the air mattress provided downstairs kept deflating so not sure if it had a slow leak. We also couldn’t find the oar for kayaking. Other than that, everything else was great and would recommend the place for a relaxing weekend.

Our family hada great stays at Nick" place. very peaceful and easy access to the lake. Fox Lake is a nice and easy small town and everyone is friendly . Nick was very responsive and provided lots of information about the house and town. I highly recommend Nick's place if you're looking for a nice, quiet, and relaxing stay.
