When you look at the price of hotels for the area, this is priced the best and is by far cleaner than any hotel. Semehar has definitely invested in this Airbnb to make it safe, less humid, and clean. Amenities that are not listed but are available in each room: tv, microwave, mini fridge, few dishes, coffee maker, coffee/tea, closet/rack with hangers, towels, and queen bed (futon in one of the rooms). Some things to know: 1. There are rules, which is fine and it’s her house/business, but they were worded in a way that made us feel a little nervous that if we made a mistake, we would be charged hefty fines (no shoe rule and minimum guest rule). 2. Semehar did give us permission to bring one extra guest for a reduced fee but after seeing that she provides a futon in one of the rooms, that seemed unnecessary. 3. There is a fob for every room except for the bathroom so we made sure to leave them on the doors so we wouldn’t lose them.

Thoughtfully designed- buttons to alert owner if trash or bathroom needed attention. Coffee and supplies in room with extra helpful things in hall. Comfy bed and very clean. Semehar also responded immediately to all messages.

We had an excellent stay in this home. Everything was as listed. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are lovely!

The place can be cleaner. I was very disappointed with the hygiene. Otherwise good communication with the host and very quiet and private place. Felt safe as well.

Bel emplacement, au calme. Maison accueillante et chambres spacieuses et propres. Four à micro-onde, cafetière dans les chambres. Distributeur d'eau fraîche et chaude sur le palier. Salle de bain spacieuse. Hôte disponible rapidement par message en cas de besoin, mais tres discrète. Les consignes données sont très claires.
