We traveled to the Waltham area for 3 weeks with young children, we needed to be there for my eldest daughter. We have previously stayed in Waltham and this time chose to stay in an area with more space. Kai's house was great, very child friendly and she was very responsive. Our daughters enjoyed the space although we were really able to use the garden. The local area is beautiful and it is close to areas like Concord and some great local parks.

We had such a nice time at this lovely place! Quiet spot, enormous windows looking out on peaceful views. Highly recommended!

Kai was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating especially to timing for checkin and check out. The area was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Unfortunately the house wasn't especially clean or in great repair. There were children's toys and clothes throughout the house and closets, and many of the surfaces and floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were not clean. Additionally, the house smells pretty musty. Overall, it was ok, but I wouldn't return.

Great location for visiting family in Concord. The house is spacious and well appointed for our group. Some things missing -- coffee cups, hair drier, dishware -- we contacted the host to provide or got by without. Overall nice place with a few oddities. Very comfortable and responsive host.
