Plenty of room for all of us. Great home base for our itinerary. Enjoyed sitting out back and watching the squirrels and listening to the birds. Just need to be careful of the potholes in the neighborhood. we enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Clean house. Beautiful secluded beaches within a 10 mile radius.

Place was beautiful and super clean. The beds were nice but the one downstairs was loud when you moved around. Backyard was wonderful and a great place to chill. I would highly recommend this place and the host was amazing. Thank you so much.

1st of all, after seeing other people review we chose eric house and very much disappointed because his furniture are very old. Specially downstairs bed make terrible sound. I couldn’t even put my baby sleep on that bed. My husband had to slept on living room sofa. 2nd of all, he had behavior issues and that is very much inappropriate. For some coffee spot on the bed sheet he asked 86 dollar for new bed sheet. Ridiculous. Because that stain could have gone if he washed. He sent me pictures after we left the house and said it was blood which isn’t. How inappropriate word he used !!!!! He could have asked me what was that spot !! Besides we cleaned everything whatever we used in his house. It was clearly coffee stain. I don’t recommend his house to anyone personally . This is one kind of harassment!!

We had a great stay at Eric's place. The location was close to fabulous beaches. The neighborhood was very quiet and great for taking morning walks. A "mini-super" is a short drive away and has just about everything you would need. The house is comfortable with a well laid out full kitchen and eating area - we felt right at home. Highly recommend.
