We loved the atmosphere of this cute old historical home. Cat was very precise in her description. The place had the extras that mattered like super abundance of clean towels , shampoos , coffee, etc. She even ran out the night before to accommodate me with decaf coffee when I asked!!! That to me is a Super host ! There were 6 of us so we thought the price point was good . Cat communicated quickly every time I reached out from prior to booking till after check out. Cat provided great recommendations of where to eat and we loved the choice of Arenas . We enjoyed the back deck with a small quiet chiminea evening. I personally would have loved a full size fridge BUT it is disclosed that it’s a mini fridge and a cooler definately sufficed. I had to go outside myself several times in the late evening to my car and felt safe and everything was well lit. Beds were comfy, shower was hot and water pressure perfect which are more things that matter a ton in my book. Loved the decor! Thank you

Cats place was amazing I traveled for surgery so it was important for me to find a place to stay that I would feel comfortable. Cats place was a home away from home. So many beautiful things to see In walking distances plus the boardwalk was so close. The home was beautiful inside and out and we just loved the poe theme! Cat was very attentive to my needs. I have to return every 6 months for surgery and I would 100 percent book with cat again.
