Lovely modern place but the surrounding area isn't the nicest

We stayed at the Habita accommodation for 4 nights. It was good enough for our stay. It would be ideal student accommodation in my opinion or just using it as a base to sleep. The area isn’t the best which we didn’t know as it was our first time to Plymouth however it is close to the city centre. We were advised there was road parking but what was left out is it is exceptionally limited to the road the accommodation is on and you often have to park down the road and around the corner with a bit of a walk which isn’t very practical with a baby, dog and luggage as there is quite an incline too. The roads are super narrow so if you have a big car this could cause a bit of a challenge. The kitchen is fully equipped however just check the dishes or utensils before using them as we found a couple of dirty items however the rest of the place was very clean. When bathing our baby the one night the water was brown so not too sure if this is a common problem or once off. The info pack was very helpful. You don’t need any linen or towels as that was all supplied. There was hand wash and shampoo and conditioner so any additional toiletries you would need to bring ie body wash, lotion etc. There was a clear information pack with instructions on how to access the place and had suggestions for restaurants, local grocery stores and taxis to use which my husband used daily.

A lovely property to spend time in with the family. Very close to the city centre or motor ways to get in and out and explore. Habita were wonderful and kept us up to date with everything as well as helpful suggestions on what to do around Plymouth during our stay.
