The Leeward House was absolutely amazing. We stayed here for one week. The house has every room air conditioned, all rooms had their own amenities. Beds clean and comfortable. The house is “open air”. It’s fantastic to sleep to the sound of the wildlife surrounding the property. The views….WOW…..stunning! Jason and Jonelle were very responsive and helpful during our stay. Jonelle was wonderful assisting with local eats, grocery store etc! Thank you. Everything was as advertised!

Villa Leeward has a stunning vista and is set in a very peaceful location. The rooms are great and the pool is lovely, the only thing to note is that the fifth bedroom on the lower level isn't quite as nice as the pool level rooms and the top level rooms. As a previous reviewer commented, larger mirrors in every room would be nice. The pool is lovely and there are plenty of loungers, towels, sofas and the area is cooled by ceiling fans. There's plenty of fridge and freezer space across the two kitchens, but a larger coffee maker and more crockery would be useful when there are 10 people staying. Satriece was very welcoming and responsive, with excellent communication, and quick to try and resolve a couple of minor issues that we had (a couple of electrical items not working). Overall Villa Leeward is a great place for a relaxing holiday. The hill is steep, so hiring a 4x4 or finding taxis that have 4 wheel drive is sensible, but the views are worth it.

Other than a few bumps this house is amazing the view is breathtaking Jason and Shatriece amazing host anything that you need they’re willing to accommodate

My family had an amazing week at The Leeward Villa. We were a group of 11 (9 adults + 2 toddlers) and the space was a perfect fit. Each room was equipped with an ac unit which was key in August. Communication was excellent and the management team checked in daily to make sure we always had what we needed, which we greatly appreciate. The views from the balconies are fantastic and the pool was magnificent for hanging out. The only note is that the villa is located on a hill, parts of which are quite steep, so best to be prepared with 4WD to travel up. Otherwise, enjoy this beautiful place! Will definitely be renting from this team again in the future.

The view was absolutely breathtaking and the villa was quite spacious. Additionally Jason, and his team was incredibly responsive and tried their hardest to make sure we had a comfortable stay. However, there are a few downsides to this place. One of them being the incredibly steep hill you need to drive up (you will need a 4 wheel drive). There was only a proper mirror in one room, the rest of the rooms had really small mirrors in the bathrooms that you cloud only see yourself on your tippy toes. Another issue we had was the fact that there was security cameras in the main living room. Additionally, one of the bed frames broke on the first night and there was other issues here and there. I will say Jason and his team were very responsive and resolved any issues we had in a timely manner! I would definitely stay at another property managed by Jason’s team :)
