Had a great stay. Location was fantastic. Quick drive to some fantastic restaurants and everything one needs. Beach and main area is an easy drive. Host was pleasant and wonderful to deal with. Would stay again.

I recently stayed at Jeffrey's Airbnb, and despite some positives, the overall experience fell short. The house is in a charming neighborhood, conveniently located for commuting and dining out. However, cleanliness issues in the master bathroom, with mouse/lizard droppings and roaches under the kitchen cabinets, were disappointing. Communication with the host was challenging, particularly regarding unresolved internet problems, despite my IT background. Furthermore, the described amenities, especially the backyard, didn't match reality. Moldy chairs and an unkempt yard contradicted the pristine images. Despite these drawbacks, I believe with improvements in cleanliness, communication, and maintaining listed amenities, Jeffrey's Airbnb could offer a much better experience for future guests.

We enjoyed our stay for a week, we enjoyed how the room is setting and the huge space. but there are few things that bother us especially is a week long stay. The kitchen doesn’t have anything pans for the oven. There is no oil although is on the list, and Jeffrey said every customer has different preferences so they don’t provide. Same happened with the laundry detergent, but the handy man gave us. The kitchen has cockroaches, although the handy man came to spray some to help. The knife is not for chopping so that’s why the cutting board is almost broken. There is broom but no dustpan, so it is hard to clean the floor.

The house was immaculate, the beds were comfy. Very easy instructions to get in and out. Easy and cheap Ubers to get everywhere from here so you can save money on no rental car.. Very enjoyable stay.
