Home was comfortable, roomy, and clean with plenty of towels. Kitchen was also well stocked. The location was great- only 30 minutes to Seven Springs Resort. Also a nice bike trail within walking distance. Smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms- a nice touch. Friendly, responsive host. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!!

We had a lovely stay here. The host was very communicative, and the keyless entry was great, especially since we had different groups coming and going separately. The property is right on the river and close to two unexpectedly good restaurants (Lucky Dog Cafe and River's Edge Cafe) and an ice cream shop (Outflow Soft Freeze). The property had a lot of great features for gathering as a group, including hot tub, fire pit, basement with darts/Foosball, and large living room and eat-in kitchen. This is a country house, so you should expect some things like a few bugs, the water smelling a little sulfur-y, and not great soundproofing between the rooms, but it was great and fit the bill for what we were looking for!

We would definitely recommend this cottage! Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. We enjoyed relaxing there very much. The view of the river is lovely and peaceful. Just a few steps away is the bridge to the Great Allegheny Passage for hiking and biking. We were in walking distance of River's Edge Restaurant, which had delicious food, and the downtown as well. Mitch's was great for breakfast. We liked that Confluence wasn't overcrowded. We could visit the more touristy places without having to stay there! We were in the area to visit Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater and Forts Necessity and Ligonier. The location of the cottage was perfect for visiting interesting attractions as well as for outdoor sports.
