It’s an old but rustic lake house with a perfect view of the lake. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, lots of trees, secluded on a cove. Enjoyed watching the sunrise and stars at night on the dock . Can’t beat the view of the stillness and calmness of the lake. This house has built so much good memories - you can tell from the old family photos on the walls.Our grown kids enjoyed the bunkhouse- reminds them of their college dorms. We only used the kayaks, but they also have canoes. The big circular driveway was a plus for us since we have a boat and not far from a launch area in town. Very nice neighborhood to take walks every morning. Overall, my family had so much fun and made good memories with this lake house. I would definitely come back! Lake Sunapee is such a beautiful lake!!
