Amazing apartment, really comfy, clean and lovely, perfect location, had few issues with getting inside - blocked the lock twice, the early check-in wasn’t authorised with the owner even though we have arranged it with Riize and paid for it. Overall really pleased

I’m allergic to dust and there was a thick layer of dust on the fridge in the room and on the folder with information I woke up with swollen eyes and an itchy throat . The lock in the morning (7:30am) unlocked on its own which woke me and my partner up and scared us so we stayed awake. Other than those it was nice and cosy, the bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely.

The room was very nice and was accurate to the photos and description. It was a great location. Cleanliness overall was very good, though some small hairs in the shower in check in which wasn’t very pleasant. There was one big let down though, unfortunately, which was the general communication from the host(s). I contacted them multiple times through different ways (air BnB app, call, text, email, and on the check in website) about early check in and I did not ever receive a response - totally understand that early check in is not always possible, but it would have been courteous to even acknowledge my query. Overall good enough for a short stay in the city centre.

Nice room though smaller than it looked in pictures. Like the access with keypad and code. Room is right in the centre but quiet during the week.
