The location and views from the living room, kitchen, balcony and one of the bedrooms were terrific. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Alex is very communicative and was flexible when a flight delay made us 4 hours late - he still met us at the apartment when he got there. Small grocery store almost right across the street; several restaurants within a 2 minute walk and many more (towards and in Old Town a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Our stay at the apartment in Rovinj was exactly what we wanted and we hope to come back someday for a longer stay. The location was excellent: easy access to the old town, trails and beaches. Great kitchen so we were able to make our own meals and a lovely bonus view from the balcony. The building and grounds look really run down but don’t let that fool you. The apartment t is clean and well appointed. Alex was even kind enough to set us up with some food basics (bread, cheese, cold meat, etc). Very much appreciated as we had been driving all day. This was a lovely stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Well done Alex!

Wir waren eine Woche im Apartment von Alex, der Check in verlief problemlos und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Apartment war super sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Auch die Lage war sehr zentral und alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Am Abreisetag durften wir nach dem Check Out noch unser Gepäck unterbringen, das war super nett und wir waren mehr als dankbar :) Wir empfehlen Alex gerne weiter!

Beautiful view from the fourth floor deck overlooking both the water and old town. Busy street, but insulated windows eliminate noise. Lots of space, two identical bedrooms with king beds and lots of cupboard space. Two bathrooms, one full with large shower, one just a toilet and small sink. Free parking in the back. No elevator so you must be able to deal with three floors of stairs. Excellent kitchen, although we would suggest a bigger and better coffee maker. This one was four cups. Two minute walk to Tommy Supermarket and four very good restaurants within 2-5 minute walk. The old town is a leisurely 10 minute walk on the seawall. Taxi stand down to the seawall and right 200 metres on the right. One bonus item, much appreciated, was a large loaf of bread, cheese, meat, white wine and beer in the fridge when we arrived. Would stay there again! Thanks Alex!

Immaculate apartment, had everything we needed. Alex was so helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated the home made olive oil, and there was meat cheese and bread in the fridge for when we arrived. Super market just over the road, the location couldn’t have been better. We had a wonderful holiday in beautiful Rovinj.
