This marks my first time writing a negative review on this platform. While I typically enjoy my stays at the Soleil Residences in Montego Bay Jamaica, my last 2 experience with this particular host has been marked by a sense of unfairness. It is unreasonable for a host to charge guests for every little thing. You are running a business. During our previous stay, I washed the towels before departure, yet one towel was damaged in the machaine. The host attempted to charge us a $20 USD fee for this single old, worn-out used towel, despite common occurrences of towel wear and tear in hospitality settings. During my most recent visit, we took extra precautions to maintain the property in pristine condition. To my surprise, I was notified of an almost $100 additional charge for a minor stain. This incident is disheartening, especially considering the significant payment of over $3500 USD for a week-long stay. Never again. Plenty of places to stay in Jamaica.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Attentive host, ready to help when needed. Staff in the building were all very nice and respectful. No complaints!

The place was amazing and looks just like the pictures. The host had a team that was very responsive and helped fix any issues I had during my stay. The amenities such as the beautiful pool and gym was a plus. Definitely my preferred choice of booking next time in Mobay!

Well let’s begin with the view… the balcony view is amazingly beautiful!! The place it self was just perfect, private, clean, quiet, and exceeded all expectations. The host was quick with responses and the to do book there has some great stuff to do eat/massages/activities. We had the host set us up a private chef one of the days which was AWESOME and we also did the private in house massages too and let me tell ya they hit the spot!! The pool area was very nice as well and the overall stay was GREAT!!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family and if your staying in the Montego Bay Area.
