We booked this property due to its proximity to the funeral home where my wife and I would be attending my Mother’s memorial service. I should have known something was wrong when Lesdier failed to respond to multiple messages in the days leading up to our attempted stay. We had a several hour drive to get to the property on the day of our reservation. When we arrived at the house at check-in time, we were unable to get inside using the code provided. I went so far as to download the user manual for the lock to ensure we were entering the code properly. I called Lesdier numerous times and the number was never answered, and the voice mailbox was full. I also sent multiple messages through the AirBnB app without a response. After trying for 30 minutes outside the house to get a response, we contacted AirBnB. They told us they would reach out to Lesdier and let us know something within one hour. After that, AirBnB cancelled the reservation and we booked a different property.

Leslie was very attentive to communications were needed, there isn’t anything close close by to walk, but driving there is a Publix and some restaurants close by and the house is well maintained.

The house was very well appointed and clean. Very spacious and comfortable. The host even left cleaning supplies available to use. I would rebook this place next time I am spending time in the area.
