Great place to get away & unwind! Bring your fishing gear and fish all day long! Catch & release Bass or keep all the catfish & sunfish you want! We have a Kayak, Pedal Boats & Paddleboards to use. At night relax by the Campfire pit. We also have stalls available if you are traveling with livestock. Great place for a group to stay while in town for a family event or wedding! The Loft is a 2nd story 2-bedroom Living area with full kitchen & bathroom located above our barn that sleeps 6. Barn has 2 horse stalls with pens that are available. There is also a kennel area in barn for dogs traveling with you. If your group has MORE THAN 6 people we will include our separate 1 room Rustic Cabin that sleeps 2 more. We also have 1 air mattress for your use. FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN 10 -- you will need RVs (we have 2 RV hook Ups available), tents, or ask about booking 1 or more of our 4 Themed Cabanas. We can accommodate lodging for 20+ people easily at our ranch if all Cabanas & Loft are booked. There are 2 full bathrooms in the barn - 1 in barn entry & the other up in the loft. The Rustic Cabin does not have running water so guests staying in there will need to use one of the shared bathrooms. Your group will have shared use of the outdoor kitchen, pond, boats, dock, gazebo, pool & hot tub! There may be other guests on the property staying in the cabanas. This is a working ranch and we live here on the property. We will be around to help with any questions or problems that may arise during your stay. Use of our property is for REGISTERED GUESTS only. If you want to host an event that involves inviting unregistered guests onto the property - such as birthday parties, weddings, reunions, etc. - you must reserved the whole property exclusively. We do this for the safety and privacy for all our other guests that may be staying here at the same time as your group. House Rules Check-In is any time after 4:00pm. If you need earlier let me know, it will depend on when last guest was checked out. PETS are welcome but they MUST BE INCLUDED on the booking reservation for liability purposes. Please make sure all pets are clean and dry before entering cabanas. No animals on furniture or in beds. All dogs must be on a leash while on the grounds. NO SMOKING in any of the buildings. Dispose of BUTTS properly. Guests must be 25 or older to book a reservation. No guests under 18 unless accompanied by a guardian or parent. No one under the age of 21 may consume alcohol on the property. No illegal drugs or activity allowed on the premises. This is a working ranch and we live here on the property to care for the animals and to help with any problems that may arise. QUIET TIME after 10:00pm. Please turn down loud music outside after 10:00. All event guests (guests not registered to spend the night) must be off property by this time. Please bring your own LIFE JACKETS. Younger children MUST wear them if they are near the pond. Check out is 11:00am. If you need a later check out time let me know. It will depend on when our next guest will be arriving.
