I honestly do not know where to begin. I made this reservation a few months ago for a girls trip of 9 girls. Kim and Chris communicated from the time I made the reservation answering any and all questions we had regarding the property and things to do. Fast forward to the check in date. We were greeted at the door with a friendly smile AND Chris even unloaded our luggage from the cars. I thought that was super nice. As we are getting our tour of the home, we all noticed our names on the scrabble board. We all thought this was so nice that they took the time to do that. they showed us around the home and gave detailed instructions on how to use the amenities. Kim and Chris also bought a bottle of wine for us since we had so many flight delays getting in. The house is amazing, the hosts are amazing, the house is fully stocked, and all of us enjoyed our stay so much we want to make this a yearly trip. Thank you Kim and Chris for being so accommodating and such great hosts!

Chris and Kim are some of the nicest hosts we’ve met and truly went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our visit. They did so much to add a personal touch to our stay and were very responsive for any questions/requests we had. Their swimming pool is gorgeous and has a great view of the lake. We spent most of our time bouncing between the pool and the hot tub. Their house is very clean, well furnished, and decorated with a sense of style and humor we loved. The outdoor kitchen and patio area were perfect for grilling outside and enjoying the nice weather. We couldn’t be happier with their hospitality and home and would love to stay here again some time!! Now I just need to find a way to bribe Kim for her delicious pico recipe!

Our family decided to spend our Thanksgiving out of town. We have all wanted to travel to and visit Texas, so that's where we landed. We were very interested in going to the Stockyards in Fort Worth. Chris and Kim's home was a perfect location for us to stay and explore Forth Worth. We are extremely picky travelers when it comes to our accommodations. Chris and Kim's home was perfect for us. The home was clean and well-equipped. The views of the lake were amazing, especially for the sunrise. We can't express the attentiveness of both Chris and Kim. They treated us like friends when we were perfect strangers. We would love to visit Fort Worth again and stay in Chris and Kim's amazing home.

10 of us stayed at this property for a girls night out & were blown away by the warmth & welcoming approach of the hosts Chris & Kim. Kim walked us through every detail & gave personalized attention to littlest things like having ice machine going, karaoke setup that made our stay special. She was just a phone call away for any questions we had or help we needed. Such a beautiful property with stunning sunrise views, fire pit, outdoor bar, private deck on the lake and a stocked up kitchen with everything needed to even make s’mores !! All of us loved the home and enjoyed our stay and think the hosts made it extra special for us!! Would recommend this home to any group looking for a quick peaceful getaway in DFW !! Thank you again Chris & Kim for sharing your beautiful home with us !!
