Location and property are five stars! However, to have a five star experience the property has a number of maintenance and other issues that need addressing, not only because of the premium price but at any price. Just to point out a few but not all of them: none of the front door codes, we were provided three, worked; top floor AC was inoperable requiring a late night repair visit; downstairs patio door lock corroded so unit cannot be locked; six televisions and remotes but only one remote had batteries; gas grill listed in amenities but told by Vacasa its not available for use...which it wasn't because of disrepair; and the owners who live next door, who own a remodeling business, loading a truck parked in one of the unit's two, not four, parking spots at 3a.m. just below the main bedrooms. The property is very nice and actually better than the pictures convey, it just needs someone other than the cleaning crew to pay more attention to the overall condition of the unit.

This house was just wow! Great views and location. The only ehh thing was the fridge was big and nice but it did not cool very much overall. We had to put all the drinks in the freezer for them to cool but other than that, more than recommend this house. We will be staying there again.
