I want to start off by saying, I am not one to leave reviews, I simply do not have the time and it is something that I don’t like to do to harm peoples businesses. But I am writing I believe my first review on Airbnb because of the type of treatment that me and my family experience. I want to start off saying that we drove five hours With a pregnant wife and two children to get the news that they force evacuated us 20 minutes before arrival. And the owner of the home for lack of better word were horrendous, it is a shame to see people treat other people in such a way, especially for what we paid and what we expected for this day. Please save yourself trouble and do not book this reservation by any means. Just an absolute terrible experience.

Overall fantastic stay, house and location are beautiful and described accurately. The one big issue we had was poor communication during stay regarding an issue we were having with the pool, which we asked about early in the week and failed to get any response for a few days and in the end was never resolved.

Beautiful house. Perfect for our family of 8. We loved the property. There was an amazing game room that was locked, we spent 24 hours back and forth with Vacasa before finally getting the correct door code to enter. There was no information about local grocery/liquor stores, beaches, parks etc. The kitchen had lots of supplies. Nothing plastic for use by pool. ZERO cooking supplies like olive oil, spices, sugar etc. The 3 packs of coffee supplied for 6 adults was awful and not enough. The pots and pans for the induction heat cook top were scratched up and gross. We saw pieces of the peeling black bottom of pan in our scrambled eggs. There went cooking!! I never expected to have to make constant trips to the store to get EVERYTHING besides basic groceries. Came home one night and found our door code no longer worked. Had to spend time getting new code. This was very expensive to rent. Disappointed in lack of supplies and responses from Vacasa.
