I was there for three months and felt very comfortable. It’s such a cute and cozy place. I also loved the neighborhood - all the houses are so interesting and colorful! And there are plenty of walking trails nearby. I was able to work remotely very easily - I need fast and reliable WiFi- which was important for me. I highly recommend it and would absolutely stay there again.

Joel is a really responsive host. He responded to all of my messages very quickly, and when he needed to fix something (only once), he got it done immediately and he kept me posted. He was also very understanding, not to mention patient, when I inadvertently ended up with a remote in my dog bag but was not able to return it right away as I was moving into a new place. I highly recommend the place simply because Joel is such a decent host--very likable and pleasant and respects his guests' privacy. Nice neighborhood, as well. Very walkable and safe.

We had sold our home and were between houses. We stayed 6 weeks, and it was perfect for our needs. Joel was very accommodating and communicated very well.
