Good stay. This was was a little worse than previous three, issue with bees hovering at entrance and as I was leaving hurriedly got a splinter from the unfinished wooden table but that was mostly my own fault for hurrying and using it. Saw a fox during the afternoon one day, that was cool. Annie Jones park. House four houses down had construction and create some problems.

Ive stayed i a few air bnb in Cary, by far this was the best for the price. Clean, local, amazingly themed room. I missed Matt for a few days but eventually had to drop him a message when I locked myself out of my room. He was more than happy to help and we had a greta conversation. Hopefully ill be able to stay again as it was perfect for me in every way. Clean, tidy and welcoming Thanks Matt

Another great stay at Matthew’s place. I enjoyed my time at the unique room as much as in the stellar room. I’m happy I booked a second and third stay at Matthew’s house.

This was a really nice place and definitely worth the price. Everything was very clean, and Matt was super chill. The overall vibe of the place was nice. The mattress was not the most comfortable, but it had 500 thread count sheets, which was nice. There was a lock on the door and a key to the room which was very comforting. It was a bit difficult to type in the code to get into the house, because there was no light on the porch, so I would recommend arriving before it gets dark. The driveway is on a hill/incline. Overall it was a really nice stay and a very nice place. I would definitely recommend it.

I liked Matthew 's place, Matthew is a great host, he made my check in easy and safe. The place is clean, comfortable and quiet. While I had hectic 11 days show schedule (from 8am to 10pm), I have a nice place to stay and rest.
