Words are not enough to describe how wonderful our stay was at Nani’s place! Met every expectation I wanted for our girl’s trip. Check in was easy and simple per the instructions, check out was smooth as well. The house contained everything we needed and was beautifully located in a quiet residential area. If you need a home to stay at in Miami away from the noise and just wanting to lounge by the pool, this house is perfect! My girls and I truly enjoyed our stay! We will return soon!

Very spacious home, with a beautiful pool and backyard. The bedrooms had everything we needed. I would recommend this to anyone looking to accommodate a large group. The host was very responsive.

Our stay at 233 was certainly one to be remembered as it was a bachelorette party getaway. The modern property certainly boasted spacious common areas both inside and out, tv's in most rooms, and a beautiful pool and hot tub. With 8 female guests we surely used every inch of the house. Overall our stay was good but left a few important details to be desired. 1st bugs in the master bedroom left it impossible to leave luggage on the floor. A cleanup was necessary multiple times a day. 2. The early check in was promised to us but upon arrival we were only allowed to sit outside although we could see inside the empty house. No clear communication with regard to hot tub usage. It is quite inconvenient to have to message and hope for a reply to use the hot tub. It seemed the lights worked one not but there was nothing hot about the tub which was disappointing. Overall our stay was memorable, laundry availability and stocked linens and sheets was a positive.
