Thank you so much for being a great host! The home was great and really allowed for my friends and I to have a good time. The host was very helpful in finding me a chef, decorator, and a yacht company. He was also extremely responsive and overall a kind professional. The home was clean and the set up is great if spending quality time is the focus! I would only suggest adding a few blankets for guests to use, when sitting in the living room area as the A/C works really well lol. I would use this airbnb again without hesitation! Thanks!

We used this property for a 10 person multi-generational family vacation. JC was quick to respond to all of my questions and comments. Dennis checked us in at the property and he was very welcoming. The kitchen is huge and nice. All the dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils that we needed were there. There is a ton of unused storage space. Beds were comfortable, dining room table was large enough for all of us. There is a lot of outdoor space, both under the large overhangs and out in the open. The pool was great - we asked to have it heated. Plenty of towels provided. Oddly, most of the bathrooms had no towel bars or hooks. Very inconvenient! There also were maintenance issues that should have been taken care of. One living room window was missing the shade, part of the tread was missing on one of the stairs, the outdoor TV connection is not safe for outdoor use, the firepit didn't work, interior needs touch-up paint, windows need to be washed. Still, a great place!

We booked Chet’s place for a 16 person bachelorette. We had a great time and Chet and the lifestyle manager, JC were very helpful and communicative. The dining, living room, outdoor & kitchen spaces were perfect for our large groups needs. JC also recommended a decorator who helped us set up before check-in and a private chef who came to make us a delicious brunch!! However, there were a few things that did not meet our expectations: - in several places things were in disrepair e.g., missing curtains and curtain rods, broken blinds, loose towel rods, noticeable wall scuffings, broken lounge chairs and dining room chairs - despite confirmation otherwise, the hot tub was not working upon our arrival - At least 2 beds that were advertised as king-sized were not We hope that these issues will be resolved soon because it is still a very impressive property and a communicative team that runs it!
