Beautiful vacation property with private access to the beach, located in the 8 miles of white sand known as Playa Blanca, away from the congestion of habitual tourism, with an emphasis on tranquility, privacy, intimacy, and the natural environment of the tropics and the ocean. Casa Rosa has well-equipped outdoor and indoor living rooms, with deck chairs next to the infinity pool. Casa Rosa was designed and built by the most well-known architect in the area, Enrique Zozaya, and it is a true art piece combining a natural and free style with traditional and local Mexican materials. It has 4 bedrooms and a separate bungalow with a king-sized bed, a kitchenette, and a terrace. The four bedrooms have two queen-sized beds each, their own private entrance, a terrace or balcony, and a full bathroom. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people. Casa Rosa's living/dining room has a 12 person dining table, a game table with chairs, and a great couch to relax, read or watch TV.

Lo tiene todo Casa Rosa no hay nada negativo que opinar una vista excepcional, alberca, playa, cuartos, limpieza, comida, todo muy bonito excepcional. La señora Leo sin duda ella hace tu estancia mucho mejor con esas ricas comidas que preparará su servicio 100% recomendada hace que no quieras irte de Ixtapa y el señor Luis igual gracias por sus servicios y recomendaciones y claro Nadeshda gracias por estar al pendiente muchas gracias a todos en verdad.

Nuestra experiencia en Casa Rosa fue excelente. Es una propiedad en perfectas condiciones, súper bien cuidado y limpio y con todos los servicios e instalaciones de 💯. Leo es una excelente chef y Luis siempre atento y súper dispuesto a ayudarnos. Braulio ( el anfitrión) siempre atento a cualquier situación o necesidad. En definitiva pasamos una semana de playa y alberca excelente. Yo recomendaría siempre esta opción!
Our stay at Casa Rosa did not disappoint! The location is perfect: scenic and quiet. The staff are so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food at the house was better than anything we got while we were out and about. It was perfect for our group of 12 family and friends. Would love to return (again!).
