CasaZih was in unforgettable family trip. Our family was 6 adults, 6 children, + 1 infant (7 months) Ale (host) & her staff were very welcoming, professional, attentive of our request. Food: The food was authentic & traditional. All food, snacks, & drinks were amazing! Location: The location is great because it is private. It kept our children busy within the property. Activities: Our activities included ,but not limited to; lounging by the pool, coconut painting, couples massage, bananas boat (@ Las Gatas), snorkeling (@ Las Gatas). Views: The sunrise & sunsets are breath taking. Lastly, Ale (host) is truly an amazing host. She goes above and beyond to help guest feel welcome and secure. On our last night, I recall a hurricane (category 1) approaching Zihuantanejo. Ale (host) recommended to move to a different villa. It turns out that Ale (host) has many other villas that have amazing views and services. I highly recommend all of Ale's (host) properties listed on her account. Thanks

My family and friends spent a beautiful week in Casa Zih for my husbands 80th birthday. Everything, from top to bottom, was just a delight. From the moment we started planning the trip with a lot of help from our host Ale, until dropping our group off at the airport, the staff was attentive and helped without any hesitation. I must also include our crew Oswaldo, Doña Dolores and her husband who made sure we could fully enjoy every minute of our stay! 10/10 would recommend and already have recommended multiple times! We will be planning our next visit soon, until then thank you all for a beautiful experience :)

Ale the host was amazing she was very attentive throughout the stay. It was. Blessing to have her. Osvaldo was an amazing server. He was very attentive and willing to assist with anything. Staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a special birthday. The place is great if you are looking to escape to paradise in a calm peaceful place. We were a family of 7 w/ 3 children and the children had a blast. They loved the kayaks. We planning to return again next yr w/ more family. Bug spray needed!!

The entire staff at Casa Zih were amazing. The food was always fresh and beautifully presented. Everyone was attentive and caring. We enjoyed a fantastic vacation overlooking the ocean and the city lights of Zihuatanejo. We will definitely be back.
