Kyle’s house thoroughly met our expectations. We had the pleasure of staying in his home for 2 months due to our home being renovated. Kyle was very accommodating with requested extensions which was greatly appreciated. The amenities on the property were great…kids and grandchildren using the pool. Every time we had question or concern Kyle responded in just minutes. The only drawback was it could have been a bit cleaner upon our arrival.

We loved this house. It is absolutely beautiful. I think most everyone in our group was ready to move in permanently! The pictures really don't do it justice. There was plenty of room, everything was so clean and smelled nice, and plenty to do to keep the kids entertained. We have stayed other places in Phoenix before but I'm pretty sure we won't want to book anywhere but here for future visits! Kyle was so easy to work with and very responsive too. Thank you again!

Wonderful house and very responsive host. Heated pool, putt putt golf, dart board, pool table and outdoor kitchen made for good times had by all. They even had pool toys for the kids. Very spacious home.

The house was amazing. Host was the best. Definitely will be back! A+ on everything. Can’t wait to be back in the valley.
